Description c.1760's-1770's Pewter Plate This "wavy edge" pewter plate measures 9" in diameter and has the owner's initials hand engraved on the rim "IM". There is a touchmark on base "FS" on each side of the crown and I can make out the word "FEIN" (see close-up photo below) which might be German in origin.There is some surface wear & knife marks, etc. from use but overall in excellent condition with a nice smooth patina with very little surface pitting.
