Another ebayer may tell us how it works?   This stands close to 9” tall and weighs some 532 grams. It is a mid grey shiny pewter patina and the base rim is as shown in the photo not exactly circular have had a few dings, but it stands as shown. The top candle holder is heavy and may well be a cast part the base is certainly Brittania Metal.   UK cheques are also accepted in payment.
