A pint pewter mug and matching pint spouted measure c. 1880 with engraved ' J. Bunton Coach and Horses' to fronts. Both have VR187 verification marks for Essex and London verification marks. With some detective work it may be possible to find out which Coach and Horses in Essex had J Bunton as licencee. Both marked to rims for the maker, G. Farmiloe & Sons (good London makers of pewter and beer engines). Condition: Very good, nice metal, no oxide, both a little out of round and have a few dings which could be reshaped with care as the metal is quite soft.  Please see image below (images can be emailed on request).
