The officer is restraining one of the soldiers from firing; the other is shading his eyes looking intently at the source of danger.(from John Rogers' Group of Statuary by Paul & Meta Bleier). The group is in excellent condition. There was a thin coat of laquer applied many years ago. There was some rubbing of the rifle butt on the rear of the group. Buyer pays S/H/I.
