There are no dents, dings, scratches, corrosion or discolorations on this very unique beer stein. This is a lovely item, sure to bring joy to its new owner.  **This piece stands perfectly straight contrary to my poor photographs. DESCRIPTION: The winner of this auction will receive the fabulous beer stein shown in the photos. This item has a lovely dark patina on the outside. The inside is polished, and has a shiney finish. This item features 4 panels with 3 different scenes and a very ornamental lid. The first scene shows a gentleman on horseback being handed a tankard from a lady. There is another gentleman sitting on a barrel. There are rustic tents in the background. Perhaps a farming or hunting setting. The second scene features a lovely panel decorated with wheat sprays and hops blossoms. The third scene shows 3 gentleman in a tavern like setting. 2 are sitting and 1 is standing. The 2 seated gentleman are holding their glasses up as if in a toast. There is a huge set of antlers mounted on the wall in the background. The 4th panel is smooth and has no detail. This is behind the handle. All of these scenes have lovely ornate detail. The lid on this stein is absolutely gorgeous. It features the same rustic tavern scene as the side of the stein. The handle is heavy and sturdy. It is ornately detailed with wheat sprays and hops blossoms. The base is wide and polished. It flares out at the edges. This item will be a very appreciated treasure for it's new owner. The pictures doesn't do it justice.
