It appears to be made out of some type of wood veneer and the bellows are a cardboard type substance. I do not see any mark on it to indicate the manufacturer.  As can be seen in my photos there is some damage to the bellows and it appears someone tried to sew it back together. It is also missing the leather strap and attachment on the one side.  I am unable to get any sound out of it.
