Description
Here's a super example of the finest designs in American antique pewter: a chamberstick, well marked by Henry Hopper of New York City, ca. 1840s with its removable bobeche! Saucer base, open-ring handle (securely attached), spooled tear-drop shaft, tapered socket with bobeche. Reproductions exist (without the bobeche) of the example in NYC's Metropolitan Museum, but this is the real thing! 5" overall height, saucer diameter 4 3/4". Payment by check or money order preferred. Paypal accepted. Seven-day, no quibble, purchase price return guarantee. Shipping charges not refundable. Please email with any questions: eaglemark@verizon.net
