It comes with the carrying case as shown in the last picture... Just take a look at the beautiful workmanship that this gorgeous instrument features!  Not personally having any knowledge of this instrument, I can only provide measurements as I interpret them - the total length is 36"; 19" from base of handle to bottom of instrument; width of base of instrument is 12"...what an impeccable antique instrument!
