This item is old and is in gently used condition. There are some minor surface markings that came from normal use. They do not take away from the beauty, function or appearance of this lovely beer stein. There are no dents, dings, or scratches on this very unique beer stein. This is a lovely item, sure to bring joy to its new owner.  **This piece stands perfectly straight contrary to my poor photographs. DESCRIPTION: The winner of this auction will receive the fabulous beer stein shown in the photos. This item has a lovely aged patina on the outside scenes. The inside and around the base is polished, and has a satin finish. This item features 3 panels with different scenes and a hinged lid. The 3 scenes all feature Wirtshaus themed images. They show many people at an outdoor celebration. They are all wearing old world era clothing. Many of them are dancing, smoking pipes or drinking. One gentleman is even playing bag pipes! All of these scenes have ornate detail. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The lid on this stein is quite pretty. It is smooth across the top and nicely polished.  The handle is heavy and sturdy. It is smooth with no detail. The base is wide and flares out at the edge. It is smooth with no detail. This item will be a very appreciated treasure for its new owner. The pictures just doesn't do it justice.
